1. Vote by the City Council to approve a 4.25% salary increase for the position of Town & City Clerk effective January 6, 2014 and a 4.25% salary increase effective January 5, 2015, tabled on September 23 and October 7, 2013.
2. Vote by the City Council to approve a 4.25% salary increase for the position of Treasurer effective December 2, 2013 and a 4.25% salary increase effective December 1, 2014, tabled on September 23 and October 7, 2013.
3. Vote by the City Council to approve a 4.25% salary increase for the position of Mayor effective December 2, 2013 and a 4.25% salary increase effective December 1, 2014 tabled on September 23 and October 7, 2013.
4. Vote by the City Council to authorize a transfer for FY13/14 from the Officials & Wage Increases line item #0010.0044.5759.0000 for the positions of Town & City Clerk, Treasurer and Mayor, pending Board of Finance approval.
5. Vote by the Board of Finance to authorize a transfer for FY13/14 from the Officials & Wage Increases line item #0010.0044.5759.0000 for the positions of Town & City Clerk, Treasurer and Mayor.
6. Vote by both the Board of Finance and the City Council to enter Executive Session with both boards under Pending Litigation - Tax Collector.
7. Vote by both the Board of Finance and the City Council to enter Open Session.
8. Vote by the Board of Finance to authorize the expense of up to $20,000 for purposes of conducting deposition discovery in a lawsuit filed by the Tax Collector against the City of Torrington captioned "Robert T. Crovo vs. City of Torrington, Docket #LLI-CV-13-6009273-S," having been approved by City Council on October 7, 2013.
9. Vote by the Board of Finance to authorize the expense of up to $99,000 for purposes of a forensic audit of the financial records and books of the Torrington Tax Collector, having been approved by City Council on October 7, 2013.
